CY partners global science recruitment specialists, wanted to improve their sustainability credentials. With just six weeks to complete their first EcoVadis certification assessment, they needed expert support to make it count.
EcoVadis certification is a globally recognised sustainability assessment tool. It helps organisations assess and improve sustainability practices. CY Partners had a tight six-week deadline. This is much shorter than the usual three to four months. They also had limited sustainability reporting experience. They needed expert help to prepare and submit their ecovadis documentation quickly and effectively.

Our Project Lead, Vibhati, kicked off the project with a clear roadmap and timeline. She ran targeted workshops on topics like diversity reporting and health and safety. Over six weeks, we helped CY Partners compile and validate the required documents for their first EcoVadis submission. This ensured they could meet EcoVadis’ standards. We stayed in close contact and solved problems quickly.

Energise and, in particular, our Project Lead Vibhati organised at short notice a project kick-off meeting. She set out a timetable for delivery of the submission and was very clear on information she required from us.
CY Partners achieved an EcoVadis Committed Badge in their first submission. This was an impressive result .
This milestone highlighted their strengths and gave them a benchmark for future progress. It proved that even small businesses, without dedicated sustainability professionals, can achieve meaningful sustainability results when backed by expert guidance.
