Energise Earns Accreditation as a Great Place to Work-Certified™ Company!

We have been officially accredited as a Great Place to Work-Certified™ organisation!

Certification™ is a significant achievement. Using validated employee feedback gathered by Great Place to Work® – the global authority on workplace culture, with its rigorous, data-driven For All™ methodology – the accreditation confirms that at least 65% of employees have a consistently positive experience at Energise. In fact, we’re pleased to share that our ratings go above-and-beyond this score, with 94% of our team stating that Energise is a great place to work!

The Energise team share their stories for Volunteers’ Week 2023

This year our team achieved over 200 volunteering hours, making a positive difference in their local communities. There was a huge range of projects across causes including working with young people, animals and nature, combatting food waste and loneliness, plus helping out at archaeological digs!
