Understanding CDP Scores & Their Importance
In this article, we take a closer look at benefits of CDP disclosure and how to understand the scores and methodology used in the process.
We have been officially accredited as a Great Place to Work-Certified™ organisation!
Certification™ is a significant achievement. Using validated employee feedback gathered by Great Place to Work® – the global authority on workplace culture, with its rigorous, data-driven For All™ methodology – the accreditation confirms that at least 65% of employees have a consistently positive experience at Energise. In fact, we’re pleased to share that our ratings go above-and-beyond this score, with 94% of our team stating that Energise is a great place to work!
Zoe Wells, our Associate Director (People) said, “Earning the ‘Great Places to Work’ certification and achieving a high trust index score is a fantastic achievement for Energise. We are committed to having an exceptional workplace environment where employees feel supported and love their jobs. People matter and we want a workplace that has a genuine sense of community and purpose. This is great validation that we are achieving that!”
“We congratulate Energise in achieving their Certification™,” said Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place to Work® UK. “Organisations which put the employee experience at the heart of their business gain their employees’ trust and, in turn, are truly able to build a great workplace culture that delivers outstanding business results.”
Throughout this year, we’ve covered just a few ways that we work as a team to promote a great working environment, but in case you missed them, here are some of our highlights:
This year our team achieved over 200 volunteering hours, making a positive difference in their local communities. There was a huge range of projects across causes including working with young people, animals and nature, combatting food waste and loneliness, plus helping out at archaeological digs!
We know that team happiness often rests on leadership, so we partnered with fellow B Corp, Happy, for their leadership training and learning platforms. We’re also supporting Happy on their journey to Net Zero, so a fantastic partnership all-round!
We proudly advocate the importance of a great work-life balance, which is demonstrated through our culture, policies, opportunities and actions. In this blog, you can discover more about these, plus feel inspired with ten top tips from our team!
We hope you’re feeling inspired by our team members, because our people are what makes us Energise and Great Place to Work-Certified™ organisation!
