We are proud to announce that Energise has been named on the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ and Women™ lists.

The Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ list focuses on employees’ holistic experiences of wellbeing at work, including their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, social support, job satisfaction, and financial security, to reveal the best workplaces for wellbeing in the UK.

The Best Workplaces for Women™ list recognises companies in the UK that are ensuring a reasonable balance of women and men across the organisation, removing barriers to women’s career advancement, and creating workplaces where all employees, regardless of gender, can flourish.

Our inclusion on this exclusive list officially acknowledges our commitment to creating a consistently and overwhelmingly positive employee experience, to fostering cultures that are proven to drive business, improve lives, and better society. Over the past 2 years we have further built on our people strategy to solidify our commitment to employee wellbeing.

To compile the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ list, Great Place To Work® reviewed our culture, benefits, approach to leadership and development, alongside anonymous responses from our employees. From our anonymous employee feedback, we can see that overall our team highly commends our dedication to improving and growing our wellbeing focus across our business. One colleague explained, “It’s refreshing to work for an organisation that really does prioritise wellbeing policies and promote an inclusive workspace. There is a strong focus on team culture and being able to support each other to grow both professionally and personally.”

Zoe Wells, our Associate Director (People) said, “Making the ‘Great Places to Work’ list for Wellbeing™ is an amazing achievement for Energise. We are committed to having an exceptional workplace environment where employees feel supported and love their jobs; wellbeing is very much at the heart of that. People matter and we want to be a workplace that genuinely cares and puts wellbeing first. This is great validation that we are achieving that!”

For UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™ list, there was analysis of anonymous responses of females in the workplace and consideration of their daily experiences of innovation, the company’s values, and the effectiveness of their leaders, to ensure they’re consistently experienced, as well. Great Place To Work® used these data insights to benchmark our company’s employee value proposition against the culture our employees experience. Only the businesses who achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces™ status.

Upon making the Best Workplaces for Women™ list, our Co-CEO and Co-Founder, Tamsin Alsbury, shared “I am incredibly proud to have achieved the Great Place to Work for Women certification. This recognition reflects our deep commitment to fostering an inclusive and empowering workplace where women can thrive, innovate, and lead alongside our amazing male colleagues. It’s a testament to the supportive culture we’ve built together, where everyone has the opportunity to excel and contribute to our shared vision of a sustainable future.”

We’d like to say a huge thank you to our team, both for taking part in the survey and, most importantly, for creating the fantastic working environment at Energise.

We’re so proud of this achievement and look forward to using the valuable insights Great Place To Work has provided us with to build on our culture and employee satisfaction. If you would like to be part of our fantastic team, check out our latest vacancies here.
