  • 168,000 kWh from LED lighting upgrades 
  • 306,015 kWh from operational improvements on a single ride 
  • 48,000 kWh from quartz lamp replacement 
  • 1,241,828 kWh from enhanced energy management practices 
  • Gas Savings: 119,000 kWh saved through energy management practices, plus 787,000 kWh from efficiency projects on a single ride. 
  • Strategic Value: Improved data visibility enabled targeted interventions and ongoing optimisation. 
  • Staff Engagement: Training initiatives fostered a culture of energy awareness and empowered staff to contribute to ongoing savings.
