Sustainable changes starts with a review of your carbon emissions, aligned to the internationally recognised Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol. This carbon data should form the baseline of your strategy and action plans. Emissions are split into three categories:

Energise supported Wagamama with the end-to-end process of data collection, categorisation and the associated reporting that they wanted to achieve. This included highlighting their biggest carbon emitters, what could be done to reduce emissions and how to improve on the quality of their data, which would lead to a more accurate picture over time.

The exercise was so beneficial to Wagamama that they have continued working with Energise; now expanding their GHG Reporting to include Scope 3 emissions.
