Each year, we map out which new policies and initiatives we’re going to incorporate within our working practices to take us even closer to greatness. With an average of an audit every 2 months, we have a 100% pass rate on compliance/assurance audits (73 and counting…)
We've eliminated single use plastic from our Head Office, supporting staff and visitors to transition to repurpusing and reusing
We've represented c.1% of the UK Energy Efficiency Services market in the last 3 years
Over 50% of our Board of Directors and our Management Team are female
We provide all of our employees with a matched pension contribution of up to 5%, 66% above our minimum requirements
We provide 12 weeks' fully paid maternity leave followed by SMP for the remaining qualifying period
We have transitioned our company fleet to all-electric cars and installed an Electric Vehicle Charging Point at our Head Office
We provide 4 weeks' fully paid paternity leave
All of our purchased electricity is from 100% renewable sources
We’ve supported our clients in delivering over £35 million of energy savings to date, with over 125,000 tonnes carbon saved.
We're Net Zero in relation to our Scope 1 and 2 emissions, and will be in relation to our Scope 3 emissions in 2022.
We provide up to 10 days' fully paid sick leave, with SSP + £100 per week for the remainder of the qualifying period if signed off by a GP
All of our purchased paper products are made from recycled or FSC certified sources
Our hand soaps and cleaning products are all ethically and locally sourced and made from all natural ingredients
